JMHO of course.  The rem loads go on sale every few months for $57/brick of 500 in my area.


So tell us how accurate are the Remington Vmax?  Have they resolved the problem with duds?  How well do they perform on game?  What have you used them on?

Thanks, I'll check em out....I bought a used 22mag barrel for one of my sportsters and need to find something that shoots good in it. :wink:

While I was @ the gun shop today (buying a new scope :-D ) I bought a box of the Remington 33gr Vmax @ $10.99 :shock: . I thought I was having a flash-back to buying 17 HMR ammo (my Sportster shoots the Rem & Hornady 17gr ammo best).

After reading this thread I thought the Remington Vmax would be a good place to start in the 22 mag bull bbl that I'm waiting for. H & R received it on 01/05/05, so I hope to see the Sportster with its shinny new bbl soon.  :roll:
