Anyone using a straight grip laminated stock?

I need to get a straight grip laminated cinnamon stock from NEF to use with my Ultra receiver and a 12ga shotgun barrel combo.  Does anyone out there have one?  Do you like it? Got any pictures that you want to share?

I've never seen or used one, so I was looking for any feedback and any pics that might be available.

Any other recommendations besides the NEF stock?  I've looked at the gunstocks website and they don't have a straight grip stock available.

Yep that's what I got on my 357 Maxie, I like it, can not picture,
 It is NOT for sale at any price Marv, pretty stock in MHO.

Limited edition Pardners

I think NEF makes a run of limited edition Pardners every year.  They have the straight laminate stock with a nice recoil pad and a gold "Limited Edition" medallion in the stock.  My son and I have one in .410, 20 gauge, and 12 gauge.

What, no 28, 16, and 10 gauge? Is there a problem getting them where you live?....<><.... :-D

Those are really nice looking shotguns!!   :eek:   Great pictures also!  I love the laminated stocks!

What was the original model/configuration of the guns?  Did you purchase them as special addition guns?  Did you add the straight buttstock and the forearms after?

Now I'm excited!  I'm going to ask NEF about their special edition offerings.

I've had the 28 gauge in my hands...and been tempted more than once.  That 20 gauge still has some recoil for my son, but he doesn't feel it when he's pulling up on a goose!  I thought a 28 gauge would be good for him to use at the trap range.  I've also thought about getting just the 28 gauge barrel, but the cost of the barrel, fitting, and shipping makes it almost as expensive as buying the entire gun.  $39 for the barrel + $15 labor + $10 shipping each way = $74 just for the barrel.  I bought the two camo laminate stock Pardners in that picture on sale for $95 each!  

And what kind of a goose hunter wouldn't want one of the 10 gauge waterfowl models?  We're going to try turkey hunting for the first time this spring.  I bet a 10 gauge would be great for that too.  

I've never actually held a 16 gauge NEF pardner...maybe someday!  But not before I get a Topper Deluxe Classic first...or maybe one of those new Pinnacles!  And I can't forget about that Tracker II or Ultra Slug gun either.

I purchased them as special edition guns.  They came right out of the box like that.  

I think NEF offered some National Wild Turkey Federation limited edition shotguns a few years ago too.  Those looked similar to mine, but they had a different medallion in the stock.  I don't have any of the NWTF special edition shotguns.

If you're going to call NEF to ask about them, the model numbers are SB1-04N (for the 410), SB1-22S (for the 20 gauge), and SB1-11S (for the 12 gauge.
