Yes...a ultra barrel with fit on a Handi..provided..the frame is strong enough for the new barrel there shouldn't be any problem...all the stocks and forearms can be switched between them as well...give the company a call if your not sure about what you have ...they can tell you exactlly what parts are available to change yours around..(978) 630-8220
