If you're talking about the Lyman 358627, John Taffin has suggested 13.5 gr of 2400. He also says it is a bit hot, and should only be used in Rugers.

how about in dan wessons, I read that they are just as tuff as a ruger, and can use ruger loads. what do you think? where would be a good starting point with 2400?
