Question about forum "mission" statement

I see under the forum title a description of the purpose of the forum that reads:

"Discussion of hunting areas, lease and day lease information for in and out of state hunters."

I know what it plainly says, but I want to understand.

Does this mean that the only appropriate disussions in this forum should pertain to where to hunt, and perhaps about snagging a lease?

No discussions on any other hunt related topics, i.e., high-fence, hunting philosphy, techiques, or adventures?

I believe you're referring to the Hunting in Texas Forum?

It wasn't meant to be restrictive in nature but in fact to be as inclusive as possible. Feel free to discussion any aspect of hunting or living in Texas there. Unlike on the Exotics Forum which is there for folks who do wish to hunt high fenced areas, on the TX Forum you're free to argue against high fenced hunting or for it either. On the Exotics forum I do not allow those against high fence hunting a platform to argue their postition. On the TX forum they do have that platform.

Hope this kinda clears up the intent there.

I had posted in the forum a while back, and then a day or so ago I noticed the descriptor line.
