7.62x54 load

Hello to the wire
looking for good load using IMR3031, 4064, or 5744   with CCI 250 LR primers and Speer 150 and 165 grain bullets

Peddler - my old Lyman manual has the following loads for the 7.62x54R with the 150 gn bullet:  IMR 3031:  41 - 46 gns for 2518 - 2785'/sec.  IMR 4064 goes 44 - 49 gns for 2427 - 2793'/sec.  The accuracy load listed with that bullet was IMR 4350 powder with 55 gns showing 2695'/sec.
