JG Sales has the Turk 1938 Mausers for $65. These take small ring threaded barrels and standard Mauser 98 stocks.
Sarco has Yugo M48's for $70. These take regular large ring 98 barrels, but will need different stocks. Some other things aren't compatible. as well (striker, bolt, triggerguard, floorplate).
How much are you looking to spend? If rebarreling, Midway has the Adams and Bennet barrels for very reasonable costs (if you've got a C&R you can get a dealer discount and get the 21" barrels for $88).
As to stocks, I got the stock for my project from Boyd's. I got a Factory 2nd's JRS Classic in Nutmeg laminate for $40.
With dealer discount a Dayton Traister low-scope safety can be had from Brownells for $13, and the scope bases will set you back $6-10 from Midway. You then need the bolt forged. I've seen plenty of places that will do this online for around $30.

Gunsmith charges - $45 to install barrel and $32 to drill/tap for scope mounts.
Total cost is: $337.
That's right around what a new rifle would cost, but not with a laminate stock. Being a Mauser action I'll also have a rifle that's all steel construction and controlled-feed. :)
