Does NEF/H&R still install steel trigger guards?
« on: February 03, 2005, 04:47:46 AM »
A few years back, H&R/NEF had a program where you could send your gun in and have a steel triger guard installed. They were also installing steel forend irons, if I recall correctly.

Anyone know if they still do that? I have one of the new 20ga Topper Deluxe Classics on order, and thing an all steel upgrade would be sort of fun.

Otony,

They still had those a couple years ago, but haven't heard it mentioned here at GB's. You might post this in the Center Fire Forum, they have a lot more traffic through there and I am sure someone might know.

I've never heard of anyone sending it in to have them installed but I have heard of folk ordering them. The thing that made me loose track of that info was that the cost about $67.00 a set.Do s search in the CF forum
