sr7625 or unique?
« on: February 13, 2005, 03:35:15 AM »
another question for the forum. i have good luck with unique in 44 mag. & 44 spec., but i have now added a s&w 357 to load for. anyhow a fellow i met at the range was using sr7625 in his 38 spec. and it was indeed cleaner. i'll be shooting a 158 lswc and cci primers.
    what was your experience?
if its worth doing, finish it!

I prefer it as it is cleaner and meters better. Also works good in 45ACP, 44Mag/Spec.

I always keep some Unique around for all around uses but the SR7625 and 4756 are very clean burning and good for certain uses. My .357 like the lead bullet load out of the Speer #13 of a 158lswc and 5.3grns of SR7625.
