I have a problem of it not wanting to go off sometimes, it does not even snap it is like the when you pull the trigger it just misses it. can anyone help apprciate it

If your speaking of an autoloading 22 rimfire I suspect the hammer followed the bolt forward. This is not all that unusual with these little rifles. Check for damage to the sear engagement surfaces. A parts blow up link is found below. Caution, disassemble the firecontrol mechanism of these little autos with great care. Reassembly can be interesting.
