That's a 10-round mag tube (came with my purchase).  Almost looks like an U/O.

Peace,

Good Lord, that's a hell of a squirrel gun  :)  :-D . Prolly take quite a few with that before ya have to reload. 12 gauge, right? Eh, and I'm sure as you already know, that tube will have to be history if you really wanna hunt with it. Actually, you have to put a one-piece filler in the magazine tube to limit the magazine to two rounds. Federal law. If ya don't do it, you could loose the gun to a warden   . Welcome aboard my friend, you've come to the right place.  :D

Deleted by Graybeard as personal attack. Consider yourself warned. That gun is perfectly legal to hunt with in many states, including anti-gun New York. Federal magazine restrictions only apply to Migratory game birds.
870Express, that kid looks pretty proud! One thing though, I think you should check out some shooting supply catalogs. You really need to get a screw on barrel support to put out there on the end of the magazine tube. It will protect it from bending, if you whack it.

OK, ur right, my apologies  . Well, you said "many states". NOT ALL. In PA, you do have to have the filler regardless of game.
