Well, if you just want to spend the $80 dollars, go for it!........I added the shims, .025 under the front and rear of the trigger, and cut 2 coils off the spring........total cost 55 cents..........Much improved the trigger pull. I don't have a pull gauge, but am guessing somewhere in the 3 to 4 pound range and breaks clean with no creep.....just about right for me.......I was figuring that if I wasn't happy with the shims then I'd order the rifle basix trigger........I'm very happy with the shims and don't think I'll add the trigger.......55 cents....or $80?........$80.....verses......55 cents? What do you have to loose if the shims don't work?
