Tumble lube sticking bullet to case?
« on: February 18, 2005, 06:03:12 PM »
I noraly cast WW and load black powder,  but my father wants me to load some smokless for him in his 73' colt clone.

How does Alox stand up to being loaded and left for a year or more?  Does it stick to the case and cause pressure spikes?

Should I just lube as normal or give Alox a try?  I like the idea of just coating the entire bullet, should be a lot faster than pan lubing.

Thanks
