I'm trying to find a Marlin 1894C .357 for my wife to hunt with but everyone seems to be out of stock. Recently she has been using my father's Rossi 92 with very good results. But my question is will shooting lead bullets in the Marlin after so many rounds throw off the accuracy? When hunting deer and coyotes she likes the 158 gr.XTP's on top of H110 which won't be a problem with micro-groove rifling from what I've read about it. On the other hand both my Colt Trooper MKIII and S&W 28 throw lead bullets with with tack driving accuracy: one inch groups at 60 yards. Or won't it matter since my bullets are hardcast?
Appreciate any insite,
