From what I've heard of other situations where Earth First and their type are burning down houses under construction and burning SUV's on dealer's lots this could be some new kind of war against gun owners.

"Bargain" powder

WOW!!
PO Ackley couldn't do it but this guy did!
Being a basicly suspicious person I'm going with the conspiracy argument--somebody out there is anough of an anti-gun nut to actually be able to rationalize doing this kind of thing.

I have trouble believing that a reloader would stoop to that kind of a trick just to salvage a few bucks.  I've disposed of all of my mistakes; I make it a rule never to have more than one can of powder open at a time so that I don't make the "poured it into the wrong can" mistake.

Of course, I'm paranoid too.

 What inbreed degenerate would do something like that?? I can see making a mistake and pouring up a container of powder you've been scouping out of and the contents of a trickler being dumped into another bottle of powder that should NOT have been down on the working surface...Your the dummy.....but to intentionally mislead and mix powder and intentionally seal it with a factory label with th sole intent if selling it is criminal and is certainly a bottom feeder.....If I were to buy something like that I would want some ID to go along with the sale... BUYER BEWARE!!...ALWAYS!!
