Browning M1885 BPCR Scope Recommendation?
«

I have never mounted a scope on a rifle before. But now, thanks to Graybeard himself, I have a set of proper scope mounts for my M1885 BPCR. I would like to use an inexpensive scope for BP load development at 100 yard off the bench.
Could use a good recommendation for rings and an appropriate scope from you guys.
Any related tips appreciated, too.
TIA

Tom, Almost any scope rated for center fire rifles could be used on your 1885. With a long eye relief scope something about 12x should fit the bill. Burris, Leupold, Lyman, Nikon, etc are some of the quality manufacturers that come into mind. Rbump
