Well with it being 23 below this morn not counting wind chill i stayed in and removed 63 bvr off boards and hoops. The super blankets wont fit on my hoops with out warping so those stay pm 3/4 inch basswood blanks. Basswood is the only way to go as wood for bvrs as nails or staples go in easy and come out easy. Hoops are nice as takes less space and bvr dry quicker. But if one removes all grease hide will dry quickly up to two to three days quicker. Sure is a differance in bvr fur quality fm colony to colony and fm differant areas. Dont have many coon left to do, but bet Duncan is up to his ears in mounds of coon fat so is the reason he cant get to his putter!!
At any rate have a freezer full of canines to put up now so back to the real world of trapping instead of punching keyboard, LOL, :lol:
