Leupold 3x9 EFR

Recently purchased the new compact "lightweight" at the new higher price than the old compact now discontinued.  Scope has the "clicks" and is presently setting on a Ekmeister tuned 34B Diana airgun.  Totally satisfied with this scope and realizing I can mount it on virtually any highpower rifle made even makes me happier.  Its one of only two airgun rated Leupolds available and they will take any kind of recoil out there.  So I am told.  It also focus from 10m to infinity....  Happy camper.

Hmmm,  this is according to the 2003 catalogue and now I see they offer another 3X9 EFR designated Rimfire and cat. no. 58710.  Seems to be exactly same scope but has the FINE RETICLE instead of regular one.

Yeah I have two of the older ones with EFR made for rimfires in the past. For the most part I've used them only on rimfires over the years but they've been on centerfires from time to time.

The 3-9x EFR currently resides on my .223 Rem. CZ 527. I didn't need the EFR, but no one had the plain old compact when I was ready to buy. It fits the little gun like a glove, and I too am one happy camper.
