I used the ruger rings that were shipped with the rifle, I would bet your's will have them to.
I do have the rifle and I love it, I shot it last Fri. I put 20 rds through it, after each shot I ran a brush soaked with Hoppe's #9 followed by couple of dry patches, just shooting off my elbows and alot of time between shots it was shooting .75 to 1" 3 shot groups at 100yds. I'm sure I'll be really pleased when I shoot off a rest to wring out the best groups. I'm very happy with this rifle, the butt stock has some real nice figure, this rifle just fits me like a rifle should.
I do have a Q though, in the horizontal position and I eject the empty cartridge it kicks it back onto the space behind the breech block and not clear of the rifle, if I tighten the screw under the forearm will it kick it clear or is this the best way? I was thinking it would be in the way for a quick reload unless I raise the muzzle.
Do the gurus out there have some tips or links to being a complete rifleman with the #1?
