the  pinnicle is imported. i got the '05 hr catalog last night and it clearly states on the a-5, pardner pump, and the pinnicle are imported. the single shots are NOT. this is not a problem to me, but i know some others don't like it. just thought i'd let every body know........
I've got to many but never enough!!!!

Well, the excell is also imported. Hope the pinnacle and excell aren't from China :x  Hopefully they are imported from a reputable european country. Well, that leaves France out

Close...but Veronas are built by Bernardelli ...in Italy...and if this is a Verona( I can't tell from the pictures)...it would be the 500 series...very nice shotguns...reasonable prices...here's the link to Veronas site...

I have a 30" ported 505 Sporting Clays...with all the Briley Spectrum choke tubes...and love it...mine was sold by Gaylans...but since Dicks Sporting Goods has bought them out...looks like it will be discontinued...too bad...

I think the auto looks just like the verona autos that are made in turkey by Sarsilmaz. I don't know anything about Sarsilmaz but I don't understand why Verona can put this information on their website and H&R1871 can't.
PROUD REDNECK CONSERVATIVE

I'd much rather be remembered for being a great shot than having the most expensive gun

Markus is correct about the Verona auto, made in Turkey.  I have 2 Verona autos and like them so well that I sold my 1100 and 11/87.  Can't wait to see if H&R's version is what these are.  Fit and finish on the Verona's is excellent, quality guns in my opinion.  ~~ raynor
