Left friendly safety...?
« on: February 23, 2005, 01:12:15 PM »
I'm looking for a 22 automatic, such as a Buckmark or Mark II, to dispatch the skunks that wander into our yard.  Being a south-paw I was wondering which guns have the most lefty-friendly safeties?

I don't like any of them and I'm right handed. With guns like this I prefer to leave the chamber unloaded until I am ready to shoot.

Sailor;

Don't know if this will apply to you, but I can tell you what I did.  I have a 1911 type .45ACP that I had added an ambi safety to years ago.  I recently obtained a Kimber rimfire conversion for it.

Voily-Oily, like they say in some furrin' country, the problem was solved.
