.i would like to find an aftermarket stock for my marlin 7000. maybe one of those fajen thunbholed ones or something for benchrest shootin. the stock is alright , but i would like a steadier, fatter, and heavier.any info apreciated!

Here is a link to a site that has stocks for Marlins and any other brand. I saw a pic on another board of a 7000 with a laminated thumbhole style stock (looked awesome) and it was bought from this site. They are called Richards Microfit stocks - hope this helps

thanks for info mda, by the way are you from tennessee? :grin: thats a sweet looking stock and thats what im looking for for one of my 7000!

Nope, I'm from north of the border - Ontario, Canada :-) . I wouldn't mind Tennessee though, they probably have less snow there right now :shock: . Good luck with the Marlin.
