some questions-loads and optics

Just picked up a 10" 41 mag barrel.  Going to use it for still hunting thru thick timber.  I reload but have some reloading questions and 1 on optics. I am going to use some 210-220 g jacketed bullets for deer.  What are your recommendations for bullets and loads using H110? or favorite load and powder for that wt. of bullet.  I am going to use either 250 or 265 cast performance bullets for bear..once again favorite load for that combo.  Next has anybody used one of the red dots of ebay by NcStar that is the 4 reticle like this one:

I use W-296, which is about identical to H-110 because I can get it cheaper and I load alot of it. I use it in everything from .357 mag. to the .500 S&W. I use max. recomanded loads and have found them to shoot good in about every gun I`ve used these loads in. I use mostly Win. primers because they are alittle hotter than some of the others.
   I know nothing about the Red Dot scope as I personally don`t like any of them, but that`s just a personal thing and lots of people do like them.

I've used red dot sights and like them on a few firearms, but I'd be leery of using the cheap Chinese products on heavily-recoiling handguns.  I cannot speak from direct experience with the NC scope, but here is my opinion: On a .22 LR or a .22 Hornet fine, but on a heavily-loaded .41 Magnum you just might discover what a number of the rest of us have found out - when the cheap scope breaks you don't have a working sight and you don't have your money.   :oops:
