i have a freind who is thinking of buying an encore frame,he wants a 221 fireball carbine barrel.i was trying to give him some help as to price availability etc.i found that foxridge does them for like$245.i don't know what the turn around time is from them.i know he will want to get one as reasonable as possible.thanks

Your best bet if price is an issue and you want it for a Encore...go to Fox Ridge/TC or Eds TCs and just order one up. I don't believe that .221 is a standard offering in Encores so a used one would be difficult to find. If extreme accuracy is your game go to OTT and have Mike make you one....it will cost you at least half again more. You get what you pay for.........

I got my 26 inch, 221 Fire Ball, Encore barrel from Fox Ridge and the turn-around was between 3 and 4 weeks!

Mine will print little cloverleafs if I do my part!

I've had it a few years now and I still love it!
