Yep, I use a bunch of it.  4831, 4064, 4350, 4198, 4759, and a few others I may be forgetting see use in 30-06, 260, 444, 300 magnum, 308, etc.  IMR's new owner, Hodgdon, makes most of the other powders I use.  Those two lines take up almost all the spots in my powder box.

yep I mostly use IMR - 4198, 3031, 4895, 4350, and most of all 4831.  In 223, 30-30, 30-06, 300 win, 348 win.  I think I have some 4320 around too.  It was the most available powder when I started.  4350 has been so good in the 30-06 I've barely tried anything else.  4831 is my stand-by for the 300.

I've never used anything but 4350 in my 30-06. Works so well I never saw the need too try anything else. Also just started using it in my 7-08. Works very well in it too.

I load for about 9 calibers and IMR powders is all I use.  I bet the new owner changes the canister shape though and then they will take up more room in my cabinet.

I was happy the last time I took my .223 Remington to the range. I was shooting some Speer 52-grain match bullets on top of IMR-4198. It is a good powder for the .45-70 and my .25-20 T/C as well.

I'm another satisfied user of IMR.  3031, 4064, 4831, 4227, SR4756 and SR4759.  I used to shoot quite a bit of 4198.  Now days I shoot mostly black but on the rare occassions I load smokeless it's almost always IMR.  Honestly I've had pretty darn good luck with all brands of smokeless powders.  I started with IMR 30+ years ago and I suppose that's part of why it's usually my first choice when starting load development.

I use 3031 in my 30WCF loads, I have also used 4350 in the past for various calibers. It seems like pretty versatile powder to me.

Of course I like RE7 and Unique too, but for my regular 30WCF loads I prefer 3031.

I do not have a lot of powder on hand I try to find one that works for most of my calibers. I have used IMR 3031 a lot with good results. My cast shooting I normally use Alliant 2400.
Said I never had much use for one, never said I didn't know how to use it.

The first rifle powder I ever tried was IMR-4895, in a 7.7 Jap that I still have.  Then I started getting other guns and experimenting with other powders from every source.   Over the years I've tried over 60 powders, and some I bought once, but never again, others have become standards for my ammo.  But this week I'm going to town to buy an eight-pound keg of IMR-4895, because I've decided to use it in the .223, the 30-30, and the 35 Remington.  It only took me 25 years to come full circle!

I've used several different IMR powders (more than any other single brand)... including:

4227 for .44 magnum, but settled on H-110.
4198 for.222 but settled on VihtaVuori N-130
3031 , 4064, 4895 for .300 Savage and settled on IMR4895 altho' all 3 did well.
4350 for .338 Win. Mag and still use it for that caliber.
