Mach 2 conversion for 10/22

Does anybody make a mach 2 barrel for the 10/22 that only costs as much as the stock 10/22 .22 lr barrel, i.e. about $30-$40?  Will the 10/22 work without any other modification with a .17 mach 2 barrel?  Thanks.

Welcome aboard! :D The least expensive conversion that I'm aware of is the Eabco unit. When you consider that Ruger hasn't even been able to convert one of their own products to the 17M2, you've got to know that a cheap conversion isn't gonna happen.
