laminate stock 209_50

I was at a gun store and saw 3 or 4 laminate stock T/C muzzleloaders.  I went to two gun stores today and no one had one.  They also couldn't even find one listed as being available.  Am I going crazy?  Does T/C make a laminate stock encore muzzleloader?

I believe T/C has a laminated stock out-New for 2005
Cabela's catalog has one in there that is new also.
I am not sure what muzzleloader you have.
My advice would be to try Boyds gunstocks-The page is Boydboys.com
Hope I helped you some.

You can get the 209 x 50 ML forends from Gunstocks Inc.
They also have the screw/hardware kits for these forends, good quality at resonable prices, the link to the page is

Does T/C make an Encore muzzleloader with a laminate stock.  I held one in a gun store about 3 months ago while traveling.  Now I'm home with $600 burning a hole in my pocket and none of the gun stores around here have them.  The gun store I saw them at had them in 3 colors.  Grey, tan, and a green/brown kind of "camo" color.  I'd rather just buy a gun with the stock on it if it's available.  I hate the though of anther gun stock collecting dust.

I have seen some. I got one with the laminate thumb hole stock. I was told it was a special run.  :-)

rocky_taco,
I have a friend that has a laminate 209 x 50. One of the local dealers was getting them from a distributor that got them as a limited run. So I guess there are a handful of shops that have them on the shelf. I just bought a pepper laminate set from E.A. Brown. They are made by Boyd's and complete. They even have the T/C plastic cap. They were on sale for $109. They were on back order though and it took about a month. I am happy with mine.
Hope that $600.00 doesn't burn your leg, :)
