Yea it is a sad thing another nut heard from and a other reason for the anti gunners in WI to get reved up about the CC law as nuts with guns. Sad thing is the anti's just do not understand or do not care that if one of them victims or some one else there would have been carrying legally he or she could have taken the jerk out before he killed the number he did. The anti's won't admit that the guy broke the law and the only thing stopping the CCW or anything of the sorts is going to do is keep the honest people from protecting themselves. Obviously, the criminals don't care what the the law states, otherwise they would not be criminals.

You cannot lobby against criminal behavior any more than you can legislate for morality. All you can do is punish people for their crimes. Until the politicians start realizing that, they're just wasting their time and billions of our tax dollars. Passing laws doesn't accomplish diddly if you don't bother to enforce them. I forget who said it, (Plato?) but a favorite quote of mine is, "Passing laws against objects is a tool for the oppression of fools."
