Anyone know where I can get a drop-in, fully finished youth stock set for an 1894C? I need a shorter Length of Pull for my wife.

Haywire,

Do a search for "Outer's Cadet" line. They might have something that wil work as they makes stock for the Marlin 336 and the Win. 94

Thanks, I looked them up, but they're black plastic. This'll be for Cowboy Action shooting, so wood is what I gotta have. It looks like I'm going to have to get it cut down by a smith.

Haywire,

Go to the Guns and Ammo magazine site. Look for the gunsmithing column by Larry Lyons. On one of the months he does a very good article about installing a recoil pad. As part of that process you have to shorten the stock.
