The lady who owns the land on the lease we've been on for the last 8 years just informed us that she's selling, and the new owners have no interest in continuing our lease.
I'd like to find a lease in the Texas hill country within 2 hours of Austin. Preferably year round, just to have a weekend getaway for camping. Also flexible enough to allow guest hunters, so as to bring kids/relatives/friends (whose kill would come off my count).
