My favorite spring turkey rig is a 12ga NEF with a 24inch barrel. with a Kicks G/T .655 tube.
i dont know about the 10ga,.....but that kicks tube is awsome in the 12.

i have patterened the gun with several different turkey loads.and at ranges out to 50yrds.

If all the conditions are right.....it will take a bird anywhere in-side 50yrds.
