To All Our Law Enforcement Officers.... Thank You....
« on: March 11, 2005, 01:22:51 PM »
I don't imagine there are very many people in Canada or in the world who are  not appalled by the death of 4 RCMP officers in Alberta last week... I  know I have not fully realized until now the degree of dedication  and the risk that comes with being a police officer. I just  want to thank those men & women in the RCMP and other police  forces in Canada and in civilised countries throughout the world for being there for us. I, for one,  have always admired the RCMP as a part of the Canadian identity.
I am  sadden that these four young men were so senselessly lost.
Please sign below then copy paste and forward this to your  friends if you
agree with my sentiments and maybe a police officer will  read our
thoughts along the way and know that you are appreciated.

Neil, your obvious reverence for your fallen protectors is admirable.  Please accept my heartfelt condolences for the loss of your countrymen.

This is a list of Americans, old men, women, and children who benefitted from the professional expertise, loyalty, and dedication, of the brave men and women of the American law enforcement community on April 19, 1993 in Waco, TX.  The bravery and self-sacrifice of the officers involved will hopefully never be forgotten by the American People.

Hey, I'm just giving due tribute to the men and women of law enforcement for getting out there and "doing the job".

What's the difference between those unfortunate fellows of the RCMP and our domestic boys?

They're all just out there "following orders" aren't they?

Shouldn't these heros get the thanks they deserve?
