Do you need an FFL when purchasing an Encore barrel over the internet??
I am going to get a .204 and want to get it from Bullberry.  But obviously don't have a FFL.

Buckskin, you will not need an FFL to order or receive a barrel - let us know how it shoots.

Not for a barrel.  No permits needed.  Only to purchase the "receiver" (for lack of better term.

By the way, that also applies to replacement barrels for any rifle to include AR-15s etc.
