A co-worker has an old Bear Alaskan 40#, AMO 62" in really good shape with straight limbs (absolutely no twist). These bows were made from 1966-1970 in Grayling, Michigan. The wood is a brown and tan Zebra striped exotic (can't remember the name) and the glass is a cream beige color.
Does anyone know what this bow is worth? I may buy it, but would like to know what the going rate is on one of these. Thanks!
