Sako L579 Forester varmint stock replacement
« on: March 04, 2005, 10:08:09 AM »
Gun was made around 1960.  Interested in a synthetic or laminate depending upon price. Approx budget $200 or so. Would like to spend less if possible. Any sources? Thanks for any help.

I have a take-off kevlar stock from a L-579. Has the textured fnish and grey/black color. Probably need to have the barrel channel re bedded as the barrel on the Sako was a whippy little thing. 150.00 plus a few for s/h.

Thanks for the offer but somewhat undecided. Might keep the original stock on.
