I'm looking at a brand new Mossberg 500 Grand Slam Turkey model. 20-inch barrel. Hardwoods Green HD. Does anybody have one, and if so, how do you like it?
With the 500 being a standard bore 12-gauge, and the 835 being an overbore (backbored), does the 500 pattern as well as the 835?
I'm looking to shoot #4 buck and BB's at coyotes.
Is the 20-inch barrel (un-ported) loud? I would NOT be using a ported choke.
