So what is extended eye relief, in inches? My Burris Handgun scope has 11" - 21" of
eye relief. If "extended eye relief" is in that range, then I'd say yes it could be used
on a handgun. If it is less than 10", then I would not recommend that. Holding
a hunting handgun in close, to use short eye relief scopes, would not allow for
good arm extension, which can cause all kinds of "issues". My Striker, and my
Encore pistol, would get pretty shakey, with out good arm extension, and turning
a .308 Win handgun loose close to my face is not something I want to do either.
