Czech 1950's Military Rifles

There is a Czech military semi-auto rifle in 7.62X39 from the fifties, the VZ52/57 that was made for a few years. Not to be confused with the VZ-52 Rifle which took a 7.62X45 cartridge different from the 7.62X39, but similar in concept.

I wonder how much more power the 7,62x45 has over the 7,62x39??? I'm surprised the 7,62x45 didn't catch on. I wish we had new 7,62x45 ammo available. BigBill
