howdy,
made a few calls today looking for a dan wesson, and it does not look good. dealer quotes from factory are close to 800 for a new gun, which is more then i want to pay for one.
would like to find one in 32mag, with a long barrel. also, would like to purchase a dw catalog from the mid 80's, just to see there product line.
                            thanks........dan

As per RollTide's response to your previous post, you may want to have a look at gunbroker.com, searching "Dan Wesson" in the revolver section of the site.  I noticed some pretty good deals there on DW products of varying age about a month ago.  Not as good right now, but I'm sure there will be more.  I bought my second one last year direct from the factory for 500 NIB (shopped around for my first, bought it used for 150 bucks, should have never sold it).  Both guns were high quality.

Good luck.

I should have noted that both of mine were .357 magnum.  I have noticed that the .32 caliber DW's (whether .32 mag or .32-20) seem to command a higher price.
