Rocky Mountian Elk Foundation .35 Whelen

Does anyone know the value of a Rocky Mountian Elk Foundation .35 Whelen.  I have never fired it but it was fired by the previous owner.  Like new condition but one small scratchon one side. Kassar?  Scope too.

About $350.00 for the rifle...and I'm not too sure on the scope...you could ask about it on the Optics forum...
