I am considering buying a bersa thunder 380. I had a Llama that was pure garbage. Anyone had evxerience with the Bersa?

Bersa makes a good gun in my opinion. They're not as sleek, or well finished as the higher priced models, but they work flawlessly, and shoot great.

I've had several 380s, and one 9MM, and they all shot, and functioned great.

gunpilot - Jerry Lester is correct. The Bersa Thunder is a reliable little pistol. All the posters who have asked questions about the Bersa previously have received positive answers. HTH. Mikey.

Made right. Works right. For my money it's a bit large for a 380. This would be an advantage as a plinker, a disadvantage as a CCW.

I'm very happy with mine. One of the best auto's I've owned for accuracy. Even beat my 1911A1 straight out of the box, but your mileage may vary.

I'm carrying mine right now at work in an Uncle Mikes inside waistband holster. ....not the best holster, but works til I can get a better one.

Small enuff to "pack", but large enuff to fill your hands. The only thing I dont like about it is, spare mags are $30+ for 7rds and $35+ for the 9rd DLX model.

I was able to handle and shoot the Bersa at the range awhile back. It fit my big hand well, without the 'bite' that I get from a Walther PPK. It functioned flawlessly and was accurate for a small pistol. Been considering buying one myself.
It seemed a very good buy for the money!
