If you are handy with the dremel just buff where you see the new lever being scraped/worn/scratched by the internals.  After buffing, spray a light bit of paint or use a Marks-A-Lot on the places you just buffed and work the action again etc, etc.

"Well now I went and did it ollie, another fine mess I got myself in to." I must have taken off to much steel in one area of the big loop ,even though it cycles smooth now,it fails to  feed. The cartridge hits just at the bottom of the chamber and jams.I put the old lever back on and it functions fine.My dad always did say that if it ain't broke, don't fix it.He would turn over in his grave if he knew it cost me 150 bucks for this one.Ok,I'm bending over.KICK ME !

I guess I got lucky with mine, it pretty much dropped right in.  I did have to fashion a small spacer out of a teflon washer to tighten up the slop at the trigger guard screw.  I'd give WWG a call. They are usually pretty helpful with this kind of stuff.

Thanks Bear,I just might do that, call WWG,that is.I think that I got a little crazy with the dremel in the wrong spots.I was tring to get the real sticky spot out that was notiseble about half way through the cycle and all along,it was the very tip of the lever that was too long and rubbing at the top of the receiver. As soon as I discovered that,I knew that an oh,oh was in order.
