Encore .243 Rifle Woodchuck Loads?

A friend just got a .243 rifle barrel for his Encore and I am trying to work him up a few loads for woodchuck hunting.  Any reccomendations I could use as a starting point would be greatly appreciated...

The most consistently accurate bullet I have found in several .243 is the 70 grain Nosler Ballistic Tip. Powders that I can recommend from experience include Varget, IMR 4350 and IMR-4064.
