Used 30-30 Model 94

I am offered a package deal including a modern (three years old) Model 94 in 30-30.  It is in good shape, with no wear or handling marks that I have seen.  The current owner tells me he bought it and only fired about a half a box of shells thru it.  It is not a special or commorative, but it is a Winchester, and not a Ranger.

In trying to determine value for this gun I went to the auction sites and find them selling in the $200 range.  Is that the norm?  The rest of the deal I can put a value on, but I have never paid that much attention to Model 94s, so I would appreciate your advice.  Thanks.

A $250 to $275 asking price is typical for the 94 in good condition. I'm not too sure if the scope mounts for the Angle Eject receivers will fit the current ones though. I assume that your package will already have mounts on it. Anything added to the deal for the above price will make it that much better. Good Luck.
