Looking for a site to determine how old a 12 gauge Model 11 is. I was given one and it has a 5 digit serial number so it must be pretty old. It shows some serious patina on the barrel and receiver and could use some new wood but hey, it's a gun.

You can find the Mo. and Yr. of Rem. fire arms on page 1517 of the 21 st edition of the Blue Book. M-1921, N-1922,P-1923,R-1924. Most gun stores will have a Blue Book.
