20 ga. USH Youth Model
« on: April 26, 2005, 12:53:37 AM »
Just wondering....

Would the 20 ga. USH youth model with it's 22" barrel be any less accurate than the 24" standard size barrel?  If so, at what approx. distance would the decreased accuracy become noticeable?

Also, does anyone know if you can replace the 20 ga. youth model wood stock and fore end with the standard size laminate stock and fore end?

There would not be any accuracy loss that you could determine at actual hunting distances from the length of the barrel alone. One actual barrel however, may or may not shoot better or worse than another.
Yes, the stocks and forearms are completely and easily interchangable, they will each fit perfectly on the others gun....<><....

No difference and accuracy and yes you can put the laminated stock&forend on youth model ,when ordering from HR/NEF just tell them what you want to do and they will walk you thru it.
