Conard Cup information

Well it finally happened. The first 40 was shot at the match, and the second at the Pe Ell Sportmans Club range. This the range that most of the travelers say has the best shooting conditions around. But they haven't been able to pull it off, until this weekend. But Cathy Winstead finally managed to do it even with a turkey finish. Great job Cathy. Dennis Martinen was the first to shoot a 40 during a club match. I have been running matches for many years here and seen people shoot a 38 or 37 and only take second or third. And the response you get from the shooters is that this can only happen at PeEll.  I would like to thank all the people that come and shot with us. We had a record number of competitors and i hope everybody had a great time. The top four was, Cathy Winstead, Dave Imas, William Zander, Dennis Martinen. I hope I got it right. And we had I believe the magic number was 98 entries.

For those of you that would like a copy of the MS Excel spreadsheet of the 2005 Conard Bernhardt Cup match results, you can e-mail me at mpearson@myhome.net for a copy....

You can also use this Excel file to keep score at you own matches...

Thanks a lot. We try to make it a very fun match. We are try to improve the match every year. This years computer program helped out, thanks to Marv and Kay. And also a thanks to Larry Balestra and Bob Burnetti. They took care of getting the prizes and organizing them. This is a vary hard job trying to get donations. My hats off to them. Also this is Keith Cairns last year of match director. With his business he can't give as much time as needed for this match. So I will be doing this next year. I would like again to thank all the people that came to the match. Without all of you the match wouldn't be as good as it is.  :D
