I bought a .357 survivor from Mixer out of the classifieds. Just picked it up today. I can't wait to shoot it. I have no logical need for this gun but when I saw the add it just seemed like fate. and a great price. Any body else have a .357 survivor? I don't recall ever seeing or hearing anyone talk about one before.

Welcome to the wonderful world of Handi-itis.  Seems you have a serious case, " I have no logical need for this gun but when I saw the add it just seemed like fate."  Thats about all the justification you need for a Handi and confirmation that you are afflicted with the infamous Handi sickness. Heheheh.

I recently picked up a .357 Max Ultra, but haven't had a chance to shoot it yet.  From what I read they are a hoot to shoot.  Keep us posted.

Looking forward to hearing about your next Handi. And the next one, and the next one ...

My 12ga topper deluxe, Topper deluxe slug, topper deluxe 20ga, .22/410 versapack, 10 ga model176 w/36" barrel and 22"barreled pardner with the topper deluxe stock were somehow telling me they needed a certerfire rifled brother.

Welcome aboard on the Handi-holic train Markus :-D _________ :-D  
 
Your in for some fun rides...it can get a little bumpy from time to time...but for the most part it's a pretty nice ride :)  
 
The affliction will get worse I'm afraid to say...soon you'll be scheming on how to get more of them...when you haven't shot the ones you already have.. :grin:...It's fun though...and I'm sure you'll going to like it...
