Hinged Floor Plate for Rem. 660

Is there any way to convert the Rem 660 trigger guard and floor plate to a standard 700 style with hinged floor plate for unloading?
Friend in deer camp has a 660 in 6mm and loves it, the only rifle he ever carries. When he first saw one of my rifles with the swing open floor plate, to unload it, he wondered what it would take to change it.
Will any of the 700 parts fit?

The M700 bottom metal won't work.  There may be custon available but it's likely very pricey..  The M7 bottom metal MAY work but I'm unsure.  The 600/660 used a very compact action.. short than a M700.  The M7 us likely as close as is available, without going to a custom product.
