Six more weekends until Oklahoma teal season.

How are the populations?  I know overall duck pops are good but have not heard about bluewing.

Specklebelly,
Our teal season starts 9/10 and ends on 9/18. Breeding population is down abit as we got the 9 day season this year.
Our early goose starts on 9/1 and runs until 9/15 this year.

Hey Bill, what are your bag limits for early season? 5 per day and twice daily bag for posession here in Wisconsin.

Do your limits go down to 1 per day for regular season like ours?

Good luck this season.

I think there are still pix in my Graybeard album from last season.

Nixter,
I think our early teal is the same as last year. Daily limit of 4 and a possession limit of 8.
Our season dates and bag limits for the regular season have not been set as yet. I will try and check the pics.

Nixter,
Nice goose pics.
In the Central Zone our duck season runs from Oct 29th thru December 27th. Teal are counted in the 6 duck limit. With no set maximum for teal we could harvest up to 6 teal.
Are you wisconsin guys heading over to Oshkosh for the DU Outdoor Festival this weekend?

Specklebelly,
Glad to hear you had a good teal season.  6 weeks for us here in the central zone of Illinois until our duck opener. I just have a feeling if we can get some water it will be a good one.
